How do the on-line courses work? In essence, they provide an interactive learning journey consisting of separate topic modules. In step 1, the student is provided with learning and reference materials to review in his/her own time. The learning is made easier through interactive features such as quizzes, padlets and more. At the end of each module, an optional case study exercise is provided. If completed, this assignment is reviewed and additional feedback given with any further advanced learnings.
